Delivery times are 5 to 7 business days for mainland France. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped.

Yes, all payments are secured by our PCI DSS certified payment provider. No banking data is stored on our servers.
At the moment, we do not accept payment in installments. We are working on integrating this feature.
Shipping
Shipping costs are €10 for mainland France. Shipping is free for orders over €100.
At the moment, we only ship to mainland France. We are working to expand our shipping zones.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in case of defective or non-conforming product. In this case, we cover the return shipping costs.
Once the product is returned and verified, the refund is processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the order.

Yes, all our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. The warranty period may vary depending on the products.
In case of a defective product, contact us immediately by email at service-client@promoservicesgroup.com with photos of the defect. We will offer you an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
