4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- refunds are issued to the original payment method
- processing time is 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
A replacement or refund will be offered.
